أسس الأمن الفکري في الثقافة الإسلامية

تتعدد أنواع الأمن التي يحتاج إليها الإنسان فمنه أمن الدين، وأمن النفس ، وأمن النسل، وأمن المال، وأمن العقل ؛وهذا ما يسميه علماء الشريعة ، وبخاصة علماء أصول الفقه ، بالضروريات الخمس , وفي ظل  التحديات الفکرية التي تواجهها الأمة الإسلامية يأتي الأمن الفکري على رأس الأولويات التي  راعتها الثقافة الإسلامية فوضعت له أسساً اهتم هذا البحث بعرضها من خلال مقدمة وتمهيد وثلاثة مباحث أما المقدمة فعرض فيها البحث لأسباب اختيار البحث، وأسئلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة، وخطة البحث، ومنهجية البحث, وعرض التمهيد لتعريفات الأمن ,والفکر,والثقافة ,ولتعريف الأمن الفکري باعتباره مصطلحاً مرکباً , وعرض المبحث الأول للأسس المعرفية لأمن الفکري وتتمثل في  العقيدة الصحيحة في النفوس ؛وضبط مصادر التلقي ؛وغرس المنهج الوسطي کمفهوم حياة , کما عرض المبحث الثاني للأسس الذاتية والشخصية التي تضمنت البناء العقدي، والفقهي والأخلاقي للذات ,ومراعاة السنن الکونية القدرية,بناء التوازن الفکري والنفسي للذات , وعرض المبحث الثالث: الأسس الاجتماعية التي طرحتها الثقافة الإسلامية وهي تنمية الحس العقدي والأخلاقي في المجتمعات ,وتنمية المسؤولية الجماعية عن المجتمع، والوطن  والأمة بالإضافة  إلى تنمية روح الوحدة والائتلاف الوطن , وبذلک يکون البحث ناقش تأسيس الثقافة الإسلامية لهذه الأسس من خلال وسطية واعتدال ومحاربة للتطرف الفکري والديني الذي تسبب في اظهار ألوان من الأفکار المغلوطة عن الشريعة الإسلامية والثقافة الإسلامية الشمولية وأوصى البحث بالآتي :
1-        نشر العلم الصحيح بين الأمة من خلال علماء ربانيين، وتأصيل منهج الوسطية بالتعامل مع المؤسسات العلمية باستخدام الوسائل الإعلامية المختلفة.
2- التعامل مع المتطرفين على أساس من معرفة دوافعهم ودراسة نفسياتهم، ومن ثم يقابل الفکر بالفکر حتى يتم تصحيح أفکارهم المنحرفة، ولا يقاوم عنف بعنف مضاد إلاّ بمقدار ما تمليه الضرورة وتسمح به الشريعة.
3- اهتمام العلماء بعقد الندوات والمحاضرات لبيان أهمية الأمن الفکري على الأفراد والمجتمعات.


 
Abstract
There are numerous types of security that people need, such as religious security, individual security, birth security, financial security, and mental security. That is what Muslim scholars, especially jurisprudents, refer to as the five essentials. Among the intellectual challenges facing the Islamic Ummah (nation), intellectual security is one of the top priorities of the Islamic Culture, and, therefore, it has established its fundamentals which this research presents through an introduction, preamble, and three sections. As for the introduction, it deals with the reasons for choosing research theme, research questions, previous studies, research plan, and research methodology. The preamble tackles the definitions of security, thought, and culture, and also the definition of intellectual security as a combined term. The first section deals with the knowledge foundations of intellectual security through the correct belief in the soul, control of receipt sources, and implanting moderation as a life style. The second section tackles the subjective and personal foundations which included doctrinal, jurisprudential, and ethical structures of self, taking into account the fatalistic cosmetic laws and building that intellectual and psychological balance of self. The third section tackles the social foundations introduced by the Islamic Culture which are the development of the ideological and ethical sense in the community, the development of collective responsibility regarding the community, homeland, the Ummah (nation), and the development of unity and national coalition. Thus, the research discusses the Islamic Culture's establishment of these foundations through moderation and combating intellectual and religious extremism which has given rise to false ideas about sharee'ah (Islamic law) and the Collective Islamic Culture.  The research came up with the following recommendations that should be taken into consideration:
