تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تحرير دلالة مصطلح "التنمية"، والكشف عن المفهوم الغربي وأسسه المشكّلة له، وبيان تميّز المفهوم الإسلامي مع بيان الأسس المكونة له، وتوضيح أثر هذا الاختلاف على النماذج الواقعية.
وقد خلصت إلى جملة من النتائج منها: أن التنمية تنطلق بمفهومها الإسلامي من فكرة متوازنة بين الشرع والإنسان، لكونها قائمة على أساس هيمنة الوحي، والتكامل والشمول، وهذا خلافا للمفهوم الغربي القائم على ثلاثة أسس وهي: المادية، والعقلانية، الإنسانوية. وقد كان لتكامل الأدوات البحثية والمعرفية في الشريعة الإسلامية أثر حسن في تكوين تصوّر متكامل لمفهوم التنمية، وعليه فلا يمكن أن تكون التنمية صحيحة ونافعة إلا من خلال عنايتها بكافة المكونات المجتمعية والثقافية والاقتصادية، والتقصير في أحدها مؤذنٌ بالخلل في البقية.
وأوصت الدراسة بأهمية إقامة ورش عمل بين المتخصصين في الشريعة والعاملين في ميادين التطوير التنموي لصياغة رؤى تكاملية. وما يلي بعض أهم النتائج التي توصل إليها البحث : * تنطلق التنمية بمفهومها الإسلامي من فكرة متوازنة بين الشرع والإنسان * يقوم مفهوم التنمية الغربي على ثلاثة أسس هي: المادية، والعقلانية، الإنسانوية * تقوم الأسس النظرية لمفهوم التنمية الإسلامي على: هيمنة الوحي، والتكامل والشمول* كان لتكامل الأدوات البحثية والمعرفية في الشريعة الإسلامية أثر حسن في تكوين تصوّر متكامل لمفهوم التنمية* لا يمكن أن تكون التنمية صحيحة ونافعة إلا من خلال عنايتها بكافة المكونات المجتمعية والثقافية والاقتصادية، والتقصير في أحدها مؤذنٌ بالخلل في البقية.
Abstract:
This study aims to clarify the meaning of the term "development," reveal the Western concept and its underlying foundations, demonstrate the distinctiveness of the Islamic concept, clarify its constituent foundations, and explain the impact of this difference on real-world models. It concludes with a number of findings, including that development, in its Islamic concept, stems from a balanced concept between Sharia and Islamic law And humanity, because it is based on the dominance of revelation, integration, and comprehensiveness. This is in contrast to the Western concept based on three foundations: materialism, rationalism, and humanism. The integration of research and cognitive tools in Islamic law has had a positive impact in forming a comprehensive vision of the concept of development. Accordingly, development cannot be correct and beneficial unless it is based on the same principles Through its attention to all societal, cultural, and economic components, shortcomings in any one component are a sign of dysfunction in the rest.The study recommended the importance of holding workshops between Sharia specialists and those working in the fields of development to formulate integrated visions.Main findings: * Development, in its Islamic concept, stems from the idea of a balanced relationship between Sharia and humanity. * The concept is based on Western development is based on three foundations: materialism, rationalism, and humanism. * The theoretical foundations of the Islamic concept of development are based on: the dominance of revelation, integration, and comprehensiveness. * The integration of research and cognitive tools in Islamic law had a positive impact on forming an integrated vision of the concept of development. * Development cannot be correct and beneficial except through It cares for all societal, cultural, and economic components, and failure to address any one aspect is a sign of failure in the rest.
