الحمدلله الذي يسر لنا سلوك طريق العلم الشرعي ويسر لنا سبله وأسبابه وذلّل لنا صعابه، وجعله الله طريقاً لنا إلى رضوانه وجناته، والحمدلله الذي وفق العلماء لجمع ودراسة أجل العلوم الشرعية وأعلاها وهو علم أصول الفقه، ووفقهم لوضع قواعده وأسسه وللتصدي له والرد على ما يوجه إليه من شبهات قديماً وحديثاً، والحمدلله الذي أعانني على دراسة هذا التخصص والبحث فيه؛فإن أنفس مابذلت فيه الأوقات طلب العلم الشرعي والكتابة فيه فالحمدلله على فضله، والصلاة والسلام على أشرف الخلق نبينا محمد وعلى آله وصحبه أجمعين .
أما بعد: 
فإن البحث في موضوع التجديد في أصول الفقه فيه مواكبة للدراسات الأصولية المعاصرة، وفيه إضافة نافعة للمكتبة الأصولية متناسبة مع التحديات الحديثة، فهو من المواضيع الهامة التي أثارها بعض الباحثين وهم ما بين متوسع مفرط فيه أو راغب بهدم الأدلة الشرعية بلباس التجديد، وبين مجتهد غير مصيب في كل منهجه أو بعضه، ونظراً لارتباط موضوع التجديد بالأدلة الشرعية حرصت في هذا البحث على توضيح مناهج دعاة التجديد سواء الداعين للتجديد في شكل المسائل الأصولية أو الداعين للتجديد في مضمونها، وحرصت على نقد تلك المناهج بحسب ما ظهر لي؛ ففي نقدها إبرازاً للقصور أو الخطأ فيها وتحصيناً للمنهج الأصولي وهذا هو الغاية والمقصد.
Abstract:
All praise is due to Allah, who has facilitated for us the path of Islamic knowledge, made its means and methods easy for us, and smoothed its difficulties. May Allah make it a path to His pleasure and Paradise. All praise is due to Allah, who has enabled scholars to compile and study the noblest and most sublime of Islamic sciences, namely, the science of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh). He has enabled them to establish its rules and foundations, to address it, and to refute the doubts raised against it, both past and present. All praise is due to Allah, who has helped me to study and research this specialization. Indeed, the most precious thing I have spent my time on is seeking and writing about Islamic knowledge. All praise is due to Allah for His favor. Peace and blessings be upon the noblest of creation, our Prophet Muhammad, and upon his family and all his companions.
All praise is due to Allah. To proceed:
Researching the topic of renewal in the principles of Islamic jurisprudence (Usul al-Fiqh) aligns with contemporary studies in this field and offers a valuable addition to the field, commensurate with modern challenges. It is an important topic raised by some researchers, who range from excessively expansive in their approach to those seeking to undermine legal proofs under the guise of renewal, and from those who, while diligent, are not entirely correct in their methodology or in part. Given the connection between the topic of renewal and legal proofs, I have taken care in this research to clarify the methodologies of those advocating renewal, whether they call for renewal in the form of legal issues or in their content. I have also taken care to critique these methodologies as they appear to me. In critiquing them, I aim to highlight their shortcomings and errors, thereby strengthening the methodology of Islamic jurisprudence, which is my ultimate goal and objective.
